How lovely to have worked with her. I'm glad that I got to see her in several shows, but it's the LaChiusa in which she particularly had the opportunity to demonstrate her range and her more serious side (not that comedy is bad). Sorry that I didn't see her in First Lady Suite, The Spoils of War, The Last Sweet Days of Isaac (I probably would have if it had run a few more months), National Lampoon's Lemmings and some other shows. Also sorry that I didn't see her in the Roundabout A Flea in Her Ear. At the memorial, they showed a video of her in that singing a mock French chanteuse song in which the lyric consisted of only l'amour repeated again and again. She sang it between a couple of scenes. It was incredibly funny.
