They usually wait until enough members have not renewed (or died) to reopen. My guess is a 3-5 year cycle. I doubt it would open for this spring.
I did not renew because of the shows this spring and I got McNeal before my membership ended. If I lived in nyc I would renew. But since I only see things on trips I haven’t gone to many LCT shows. The renewal date starts the clock.
I was annoyed one year when I renewed a few months after it expired but the annual date reverted back to my original renewal date. Museums membership don’t do that at least not in San Fran. |
