Yes, I also think that's why the phrase "full dress" was used. Which is also why I think it's odd not to mention Fran's Bed since that was a full production. I imagine that it was a mostly good experience for Farrow, even though play didn't get terribly good reviews. But the reviews I've looked at were favorable for her, and I imagine she must have liked the play and liked working with Lapine, who also directed, or she wouldn't have done it at Playwrights Horizons after the Long Wharf. So the omission strikes me as unlikely to have come from Farrow, at least not intentionally. Since it was Isherwood who reviewed it for the Times, perhaps it's as simple as Brantley not having remembered it and it not having come up in the conversation.
