I'm tall and the London theaters I visited (sitting in aisle seats) had limited legroom, but not any less than in most of the older theaters here (and unfortunately in the renovated Geffen Hall). What I liked about London theaters, however, was that stall seats on the extreme sides were full view and didn't extend much past the proscenium, unlike many of the older theaters here whose seats fan out much more widely.
