I think I know who you mean by Ricky the Rat. He had deals that were not good and he oversold the seat locations--like "I have half-price orchestra for Phantom" and when I looked at them, I saw they were like 10 percent off and rear mezzanine. But I knew enough to never argue and jut say "no thanks." He scared me. It's been years since I went to TKTS...fees and not-so-great discounts combined with me getting into TDF.
I do have a bunch of old fans from Chicago, Vanya, Sonia etc., and Newsies that I still use on hot days.
