It was filling 100% of seats (except week 1) but as we have rehearsed here innumerable times, attendance is a pointless metric. In fact, in gross and per ticket price (the important metrics), it was not until this past frame that these metrics have been superlative. That was a classic "great reviews" bounce. I take zero away from Cole or the show when I say that it is silly to pretend "Cole is a major draw." I would say Cole was a major draw for the first couple of weeks, as is often the case, but that does not move the needle.
One more metric for you: how many times did Cole appear on the big 10 shows before this? |
