I’m not very fond of it, either, but I like this casting; my daughter has never seen it; and the main thing is that subscribing to the Playhouse season guarantees me tickets (including extras) for FOLLIES in February!
Rest of the season has CYRANO, TOPDOG/UNDERDOG, and a play to be named later. The other bonus is Jinkx Monsoon in ANYTHING GOES, but the budget only goes so far.
