| You might be surprised. I subscribe and will see the hard copy tomorrow, but theatre ads have been extremely sparse post-Covid. Anyone who grew up with the Arts & Leisure section wouldn’t recognize what it’s become. A shell of its former self. (The reasons are well known and extend far beyond The NY Times, of course.) But the days of double-truck ads with pull quotes are largely in the past. I’ll report back tomorrow. |
