Okay, so there have been a couple owners since she lived there (the current owner bought it in 2013 for $8.25 million and spent $5 million on a four-year renovation, and is taking a loss?).
And it's a one-bedroom (the upstairs suite has been turned into a party room) with a Murphy bed!
Greta Garbo, Ethel Barrymore and Rex Harrison have lived in the building as well. |
