| I kind of prefer the downstairs for all its stuffiness. It’s interesting that this neighborhood, Sutton Place, used to be the height of fashion in the 1940’s through maybe the 1960’s. And then it wasn’t… still apparently expensive but no longer chic. But it must have been and still is convenient to Broadway. Just a short drive across 42nd street. |
