And sit anywhere. The fact you don’t need earplugs at musicals means that earplugs would be enough. I use them at most musicals. Just those last notes to a song where sound guy cranks it up is more than I can handle. And in the last few years, I’ve sat next to patrons that scream—we aren’t in a stadium asshole. It tends to drown out the talkers a bit too.
This is the version I use (different brand but same shape), there are other ones a bit cheaper with same style. It muffles sound a bit but not as bad as foam. Also I adjust how deep I put them based on sound level. |
