| I've nothing to compare it to having never seen a production, but it's a huge undertaking, costumes that light up and smoke, set pieces that split and come together, platforms that raise up and down and race tracks all around the audience. Lots of projections and the racing actually felt organic and you find yourself rooting for certain characters as they race around the theater. The audience loved it and I believe it was full of people who came for the nostalgia, very few children. |
