| I too have heard that the ticket prices were lowered, but I was astonished at the Chutzpah of David Geffen Hall when my friend who had bought a ticket the minute they went on sale, received this email today: From: David Geffen Hall Box Office Subject: RE: ***Important Seating Update*** A little Night Music in Concert 6/29/24 at 1PM Date: June 28, 2024 at 2:12:08 PM EDT To: David Geffen Hall Box Office Good Afternoon, We are writing to inform you of a change regarding your seating for the upcoming performance of A Little Night Music - In Concert. Due to a poor sound quality, we are unable to accommodate patrons in the 1st Tier Sides seats surrounding the stage. As a result, we need to upgrade you to the orchestra. You will receive an email with your new eTicket. Thank you and appreciate your understanding. We look forward to welcoming you to what promises to be an unforgettable performance. Regards, David Geffen Hall Box Office They then wanted to charge him $10 for the upgrade (because of their sound system)!!! |
