Unless I'm mistaken, the ticket prices have been lowered throughout the theater. I'm pretty sure the best orchestra seats used to be $300-350, and now they top at 299, and many other sections that started at 200-250 are now 129-218, some tickets as "low" as 99 and 89. I may be mistaken that they weren't this low before, maybe I didn't check all the sections when the tickets went on sale, but I feel sure nothing in the orchestra was under $200 when it was first on sale.

I'm glad the prices or closer to what concert with a mostly low-wattage and/or miscast cast would justify (let alone one that is relatively unrehearsed and un-staged), but I suspect the damage of the first impression of the mix of prices and cast list was done. I would definitely go check it out for $50 rush... I hope they get the word out.
