All of these are really logical reasons, and I see your point.

I may have to reconsider... although I might still keep the double Wolves, simply to add some allure to the role of Rapunzel's Prince.

Since you shared a motif/ pattern you loved, I'll share mine: when I directed MTI's Stephen Sondheim Tribute Revue this past March, I used "No More" as one of the three ITW songs, as it is my favourite in the show. I had never noticed until then that, while the Baker sings "All the wondering what even worse is still in store", the musical accompaniment is playing the Mysterious Man's melody "we disappoint/ we disappear/ we die but we don't" melody. I never noticed it until the revue, and I'm glad MTI would only allow a piano, as I think the sparseness of the accompaniment there is why I finally heard it.

Anyway, I started to cry-- because it re-inforced something I never thought about-- The Mysterious Man has died, but he's still there, guiding the Baker, just as Baker's Wife will later on, so his lyric is prescient ("we die, but we don't").

This is a beautiful moment which also adds power to "No One Is Alone".

Thanks, Steve
