Smokey Joe's Cafe, a revue containing songs that were pop hits on the radio, is also a jukebox musical. Jukebox musicals can exist in many forms, including being revues.

For me, the real distinction is that a jukebox show is about pop/rock music (i.e. from the 50's on), not earlier forms of what was still called pop music (which includes jazz standards and showtunes). Because, "Ain't Misbehavin'" is indeed a revue made up of songs that in an earlier era, were indeed pop hits on the radio. (Some of which were also in Broadway shows, such as "Hot Chocolates.") But it's not pop/rock as we define the popular music of today. But Alicia Keys is.

The problem with the term "jukebox" is that jukeboxes existed long before the 50's and the budding popularity of rock. So it's not altogether the best term, though we're stuck with it. Just as way too many industry people these days - the ones who should know better - refer to the "soundtrack" of a Broadway show.
