I will still never forget a certain letter to the editor exchange in Theatre Week Magazine, all those years ago. A father wrote a letter to complain about Falsettos - something to the effect of "I took my young daughter to see Falsettos, and was disgusted by what I saw onstage. Next time I'll take my daughter to a wholesome show like Oklahoma." The following issue, a response from another reader - "I hope you can explain Ado Annie to your daughter."
