''98 Years of Magic'' first aired last December, but it's too bad they didn't include a brief dedication to the recent passing of Richard M. Sherman. The Sherman brothers, who wrote the tunes to ''Mary Poppins'' and ''Chitty Chitty Bang Bang,'' made up a giant portion of the music on the special.
