I took the information about ''Busker Alley's'' various name changes from its Wikipedia entry. Maybe the mural went up before the last change of title. I found a Tampa Bay Times article, dated Oct. 4, 1995, that called the show ''Buskers.'' It reported that Tune had injured his right foot, landing on it ''the wrong way.'' However, the show would go on with different performers replacing Tune during the last week of its national tour. It would aim to open on Broadway as ''Busker Alley.''

I found a Facebook photo of the 40-foot mural that says ''Busker Alley.'' Looks like it went up September 1995, a month before its scheduled previews.

This Facebook post says: ''Tune broke his foot in Tampa, 6 weeks before heading to NYC, and with its poor reviews, the production was scrapped.''
