I know that so many people recommend Audra McDonald for everything and I know she's played the role of Ruth in the play on Broadway, but I have wanted to hear her sing "Whose Little Angry Man" for the longest time. (That and "Far From the Home I Love" from Fiddler on the Roof, but that's another story). Raisin has a beautiful score and deserves a revival or at least an Encores! production.
