| I am interested in how you measured that. If it is correct that the transfer cost is $3mil-ish, that seems achievable, adding in enhancement money. The Belasco will have 200 more seats net (no balcony) and I think the mezz is qualitatively better. Were you going on increased post-Lort costs? |
