If Leap of Faith can close after getting a Best Musical nomination--I don't see why Lempicka would limp along because of a best actress nomination. At $350K (gross--so really $300K) it's losing several thousand a week to stay open. But it's all about the producers/investors and how much they want to keep pumping into a show. There are many examples of sinking ships getting more cash to stay afloat. | |
