Agree with your opinion regarding the quality quotient.
That being said, I have read it a couple of times, and I am not grasping your thought here:
"If there is a category that troubles me, it is the musical and I think we are still seeing the ill-effects of the pandemic brought on by a generation or more of dysfunction, artistic blindness and mediocrity, and irrelevance."
Do you mean the current state of "the musical" is derived from the "ill-effects....? |
