"By special arrangement with Cameron Mackintosh" is apparently required on the poster for any new production.

It certainly isn't likely to be using any of the revisions for the 1987 London production, because that version of the show hasn't been seen anywhere since April 1989, when that production closed. I suppose it's possible they'll use 'Ah, But Underneath', or the spoken lines from 'Loveland'. I saw a production in England thirty years ago that used the original book but squeezed in 'Country House' (I assume with permission, it was in a major regional theatre), but I would not expect to see that happen in New York.
