| I saw SUFFS at the Music Box Theatre on Thurs., 3/28/2024. Structurally, it's nothing like Hamilton, which is mostly sung all the way through. It's closer to a traditional book musical with dialogue and songs plus a good deal of narration. It seemed more like 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue than 1776, which has a relatively brief score for a musical that is almost 3 hours long. | |
