When I was starting out as an actor, if I was called back for a show but didn’t get cast, I would always send postcards to casting directors and agents to tell them I was called back. Yes, and I see that as a different thing. That's a private note to people within the industry. It's not the same as the show releasing names to the public. I guess I just disagree about this one. If this was billed as a "contest" from the beginning, I don't remember. Maybe it was. In which case, fine. (Perhaps ironic somehow too that the Grease TV contest gave us...Laura Osnes, lol.) |
