| I agree that there is a global drift to the right (which is worrying from my perspective), but Trump is in a realm of his own. He has no thought out political philosophy or agenda (has he ever read a book? He wouldn't be able to comprehend a nuanced political ideology - which is why he is constantly all over the place on policy - and why he is the laughing stock of the world. His name is a joke in any modern democracy). He is purely motivated by two things i) unwavering attention ii) trolling his (perceived) 'enemies'. These two factors alone explain his announcements re the Kennedy Centre. |
