Surely the writers and their estates want this sadly hardly-produced hit Best Musical winning show to have a Broadway revival...
I think the main reason the rights were hard was because there have been talks of a movie for years now.
And because I don't think they want it done with minimal sets and reduced orchestra, which Roundabout would almost definitely be doing. |
