Dead man walking by Terrence McNally and Jake Heggie is announced. It premiered in San Fran in 2000.
And the world premiere of The Monkey King BY HUANG RUO AND DAVID HENRY HWANG are the two theater related operas.
The season is down to 5 now. 3 in the fall and 2 in the summer. Before Covid it was 8 with 5 fall and 3 summer. But this is common. Sfballet dropped from 8 to 6 and eliminated mini subscriptions of 3 or 5. |
