"‘Supercilious’ is kinda AllThatChat’s thing"
I think we all fall into this at one point or another, myself included, and I'm probably going to be told that this post qualifies. But if we start feeling like being supercilious is desirable or even okay, that will hurt us in the long run. Unpleasant responses to posts is a large part of the reason why the activity on this board has dropped IMO. There is an aspect of "If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen." But maybe we should lower the temperature in the kitchen instead. |
