I'm pretty sure there is a clause in the Equity Production Contract for Broadway that, once an actor leaves a Broadway show, the production can't use their likeness in advertising, whether in commercials, stuff hung outside the theater, etc.

The equivalent West End contract may not have such a clause, which may be how they're able to use the West End footage on TV for the tour.
