For ''Wicked,'' I's prefer the song ''Defying Cavity'' and turning ''What Is This Feeling?'' into a tune about Novocaine. Dental tunes from other shows: ''Something's Gumming'' and ''The Drills Are Alive With the Sound of Music.''
