Alan, thank you very much for doing all that research. I tried myself to find out more about Lavin's departure, but couldn't find anything. I never thought about looking in the 65-66 Best Plays volume.
BTW, I just checked the TheaterMania Guide for Cast Recordings. Ken Bloom lists The Mad Show LP as a 1966 release so I would guess it was recorded sometime between Jan. 9th and Jan. 16th. |
