| I once worked with a recording engineer who had been on MAME. He told me he had collected all of Lucy's outtakes on which she swore and cursed when she'd messed up (which was apparently quite a lot--no surprise there!). He played them for Lucy for fun; she was not amused. The next day he was fired off of the project. I begged him to bring them in and let me hear them but he wouldn't do it, i think 20 years later the wounds were still fresh! |
