I bet Max would make a terrific Valmont. He just wrapped up a run as Billy Flynn in ''Chicago'' on Broadway and sang with the New York Pops. The last time I saw him, he was marvelous as Marvin, opposite Nick Adams, in the national tour of ''Falsettos.'' (And Max sang at our very first ''Leading Men'' benefit for Broadway Cares at Joe's Pub in 2005.)
