Hi Kieran …. try calling BAM ticket office directly. I called at 5:30pm and was immediately able to speak to a customer service representative and she was able to book my ticket and enter my Amex card information and complete the transaction with no problems. I couldn't believe it! Somebody else suggesting calling the box office and I didn't think it would work, but it did. And the whole transaction only took 7 minutes from start to finish! Good luck!
