| "SWEPT AWAY" TO PLAY FINAL PERFORMANCE ON BROADWAY SUNDAY, DECEMBER 15, New York, NY (December 5, 2024) – Producers Matthew Masten, Sean Hudock and Madison Wells Live announced that the Broadway production of Swept Away will play its final performance at the Longacre Theatre on Sunday, December 15. The musical, with music and lyrics by The Avett Brothers, will have played 32 regular performances and 20 previews at the time of its closing. Swept Away opened at the Longacre Theatre (220 W 48th St) on Tuesday, November 19.
