| Katie Brayben played Elizabeth Laine in "Girl from the North Country" on tour in Toronto before a new production went to New York. She was spectacular and I was fortunate enough to see that production 5 times. I have listened to the Broadway soundtrack and it really does pale in comparison to the original British production, especially Mare Winningham's vocals in the same role. Fingers crossed we see Katie in something new soon. |
