Thanks for the info.

Betty Walberg should probably be credited as well, but I think she hasn't been credited on any of the Broadway revivals. The billing in the original production credited Kander with the dance music arrangements, and Walbert with "additional dance arrangements," but in the linked interview, Kander seems to say that he and Walberg collaborated. In Original Story By, Laurents mentions only Walburg being there the night Robbins staged "All I Need Is the Girl," although Kander remembers being there, too. Anyway, that makes it odd that Laurents never made sure Walberg was credited on the revivals he directed.

In The Sound of Broadway Music, Sondheim was quoted remembering that Walburg did the dance music, and Kander did the underscoring, but he doesn't sound like he was terribly sure of it.

Anyway, unless the dance music and the underscoring are all new, Walberg should be credited since no one seems sure who did what.
