After buying a carrot from a vending machine, of course!
I remember seeing something from way up at the Palace Theater as a kid and it looked so far away and so high up. I think it was Carol Channing in "Lorelei" which had a great Act 1 closing number called "Men" where the curtain starts down while she's still singing, and she keeps lowering herself to the floor by the very end of the number to keep being seen. |
