I've always taken it as meaning, "When I was younger, I was naive enough to believe you did it for me, but I know better now." I definitely don't think she says it because she thinks that's what Rose wants to hear, and it's clear that Rose doesn't take it that way. Rose begins the next (final) scene repeating it.

I think it's up to the actress and director as to whether Louise says it with some pity or if she says it very coldly or challengingly, but whatever nuances the actress playing Louise puts in the line, Rose takes it very negatively, and I think Louise definitely doesn't mean it in any positive way.

I think it's Louise's way of saying, "You don't fool me any more. And it's time for you to wake up to the fact that you did it for yourself, not for me."
