| I saw it at the time and not a lot of it stuck with me. Not knowing Brecht well then, I found it a bit strange and Topol's performance a little outsized for a movie. Other AFT adaptations I'm clearer on and thought good: Butley, In Celebration, Man in the Glass Booth and most recently had a chance through TCM to see A Delicate Balance again. (In addition to the others mentioned below.) |
