| There's a movie version of "Hellzapoppin' " which I saw I think some years ago on YouTube. It was very funny with the original stars and featured the hilarious Martha Raye as well. Kind of like an early version of "Laugh-In" in a way. There was an attempt I think by Alexander H. Cohen to bring in "Hellzapoppin' " with Jerry Lewis and Lynn Redgrave starring some years ago. It might have played out of town in Boston, but various calamities and problems with persons involved led its closing there. |
