Since I will not be seeing McNeal, may I request a spoiler on what the "trick" is that you fell for? Or is it not something that can be easily described.
I was less enthralled with Oh, Mary than... checks notes... all of Western civilization, it seems... but I LOVE the idea of Cole performing some a )specially prepared for the Tonys) cabaret medley as Mary. To be clear, I ADORE Cole (been following their work since their early YouTube days), but found the play basically a very slight 80-minute long sketch. |
