We theatre people often make the mistake of believing that ours is a “safe space” filled with only like thinkers; however, it wouldn’t be theatre if it was a safe space. For the record, Ronald Regan (former actor) was the first to use the slogan “Make America Great Again,” and we all know how he ignored the aids crisis.
