Peter Bartlett did that with the last She Loves Me revival. Left a horrible taste in that restaurant scene, despite an otherwise lovely production.
I would also take Jackie Hoffman to task for her "this show is all about me" mugging in On The Town. Again, a very good production (except for the taxi video - wtf?) pretty much scarred by one performer run amok. |
