It is nice that you showed the restraint that others didn't.
It might help to know that the show that got raves in London is one that has since been rehauled with the aim of making it better, But creatives won't know whether those changes worked until they have an audience. Now is when the hard work begins but too bad that the reaction has been rather mean-spirited and destructive rather than constructive from so many across these boards. It's sad to see but ultimately can only be taken with a grain of salt.
I did see it in London and it had a lot of promise. I am certain it will, over the coming weeks, find its way to becoming a far better show than what you saw. |
