| This is not so strange in the business world (and Jim K is a theatre guy by the way). Its possible the board voted a change in order to bring in some one without ties to the current leadership, specifically to make leadership changes. A Board Pres couldn't do this unilaterally unless the company's By-laws allow that. I would imagine that the Board was informed of and involved in this decision. |
