... has had a rather successful OB and then Broadway run, garnered several Tonys, and is now going to embark on a national tour and likely become a staple of regional theaters (and schools with a skewed gender-ratio in the theatre program) for the foreseeable future.
Maybe stop claiming "the audience isn't interested" when what you actually mean is "I'm not interested." You also don't seem to be very familiar with the life-cycle of a show; long-running properties staking out Broadway real estate for years simply isn't the norm. |
