| Although much of the cast delivers EXCELLENT work--especially Nkeki Obi-Melekwe, Taylor Trensch, and Ashley Pérez Flanagan (who, between this and The Connector, may be developing a nice expertise for musicals about journalistic integrity)--I thought the production as a whole was a confounding "How did this happen?" experience like Lempicka or In This Life. |
